The house was built in 2001. It is about 1,243 square feet (bigger than the previous house); three bedrooms and two full baths and...a family room with a gas fireplace!. It is a split bedroom plan.  The kitchen is open to both the living room and the family room...great for entertaining!  (The family room can be closed off with French doors.)


It is on a corner lot measuring 100' x 64' and half of the back yard has been used for a garden in the past; we will continue to use it in that manner.  There is also an area perfectly suited for a dog run.


It is fully fenced with in ground sprinklers and pressurized irrigation available...Only in Idaho!


Unlike the previous house, it is not located near a medical center.  What it is close to is Fred Meyer, Costco, Winco, Shopko and the Karcher Mall (Ross and Burlington Coat Factory)...


Hell, with all that shopping to do, who has tome to go to some dumb medical center!
